The American Indian College Fund was established in 1989 to provide scholarships to American Indian/Alaska Native students attending tribal colleges, and to fund and create awareness about the community-based accredited tribal colleges and universities that offer students access to knowledge and skills alongside Native culture, language, and values. The American Indian College Fund also provides scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students attending any other accredited public and non-profit private college all across the United States.

Eskridge Auto Free Ride College Scholarship

Eskridge Auto Group and Prosperity Bank (together, "Program Sponsors") are awarding a "Free Ride" college scholarship worth up to $25,000 and a new 2016 Chevrolet Sonic LTZ to one graduating senior at a central Oklahoma Area High School! If you're looking for scholarships, don't forget to visit OCCF.org. There you'll find an abundance of scholarship opportunities for students right here in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma City Community Foundation is home to more than 120 scholarship funds established by individuals, organizations and companies. Varsity Tutors Scholarship

Varsity Tutors holds a monthly $1,000 college scholarship contest where students must write an essay in response to a monthly prompt. Visitors to the Varsity Tutors scholarship webpage are able to vote via social media for submitted entries. The top five entries with the most votes are reviewed by Varsity Tutors at the end of the month and one winner is subsequently chosen to receive the $1,000 college scholarship.

Don't Text and Drive Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to help you understand the risks of texting while driving. You must be a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior or a current student or entering college or graduate school student of any level. Home schooled students are also eligible. There is no age limit. You must also be a U.S. citizen or legal resident. Complete the application form including a 140-character message about texting while driving. The top 10 applications will be selected as finalists. The finalists will be asked to write a full length 500- to 1,000-word essay about texting while driving. The winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship.

Hiking Ambition Wellness Scholarship

The Key Thinkers Scholarship awards academically qualified students with a $2,500 USD scholarship to one (1) eligible recipient once every academic term. A $1,000 college scholarship will be awarded to one senior male and one senior female from each state. Wendy's High School Heisman is looking for all types of high-achieving seniors from more than 29,000 public and private high schools within the U.S. We consider young men and women who participate in a wide range of sports as well as school and community activities. Students must be seniors during the 2017-2018 academic year, graduating with the class of 2018. Have a cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) of B (3.0) or better. The Wealthy Education Scholarship

In order to spread financial literacy, we are opening our first annual Wealthy Education Scholarship Program to young students who share the same passion for investment with us. Who Can Join: All bona fide university and college students are welcomed to join. VFW: Patriot's Pen Scholarship

The VFW is dedicated to promoting patriotism and investing in our future generation. If you are a democracy-loving patriotic middle school student interested in winning $5,000, this scholarship may be for you. The Patriot's Pen program is open to students in grades 6-8, who are enrolled in a public, private or parochial school or home study program in the United States and its territories. The 2017-18 theme is: America's Gift to My Generation. The essay contest encourages young minds to examine America's history, along with their own experiences in modern American society, by drafting a 300- to 400-word essay, expressing their views based on a patriotic theme chosen by the VFW Commander-in-Chief. The national first-place winner wins $5,000 and an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C. The first-place winner from each state competes for national awards totaling $54,500, with each first-place state winner receiving a minimum of $500 at the national level.

Award Amount: $500. Eligibility: (1) Anyone who is between the ages of 14-25 who will be attending school in the Fall of 2018. (2) 2) Submit answers to the essay question prior to the deadline. (3) This scholarship is provided by StudentScholarships.org. In order to apply for our scholarship follow these instructions: Go to www.facebook.com/myscholarships. uPONICs Hydroponics/Aquaponics Scholarship

Award Amount: $1,000. uPONICs is proud to offer a scholarship to eligible students who are interested in hydroponics and/or aquaponics. Students with concentrations in agriculture, business, environmental sciences, and engineering are especially encouraged to apply. However, we welcome submissions from all students who have an interest in hydroponics and/or aquaponics, as well as in sustainable methods of agriculture. Eligibility: (1) Must be a US Citizen. VFW: Voice of Democracy Scholarship

The VFW is dedicated to promoting patriotism and investing in our future generation. If you are a democracy-loving high school student interested in a $30,000 college scholarship, this scholarship may be for you. The Voice of Democracy Program is open to students in grades 9-12, who are enrolled in a public, private or parochial high school or home study program in the United States and its territories. The 2017-18 theme is: American History: Our Hope for the Future.Established in 1947, our Voice of Democracy audio-essay program provides high school students with the unique opportunity to express themselves in regards to a democratic and patriotic-themed recorded essay. The national first-place winner receives a $30,000 scholarship paid directly to the recipient's American university, college or vocational/technical school. A complete list of other national scholarships range from $1,000-$16,000, and the first-place winner from each VFW Department (state) wins a minimum scholarship of $1,000 and an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C.

Prudential Spirit of Community Awards 
Deadline: November 7, 2017 
Award Amount: $1,000. Are you a middle level or high school student who's making a difference through volunteering? The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program is the United States' largest youth recognition program based exclusively on volunteer community service. To apply for the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards: Complete the application and the student/parent agreement. Deadline: November 7, 2017. Go to the "Certification" page to email or print out instructions for your certifier. You must deliver these instructions to your certifier by November 7, 2017. Your certifier can be your school principal or the head of a county 4-H organization, Girl Scout council, American Red Cross chapter, YMCA or Affiliate of Points of Light's HandsOn Network. Your certifier has until November 17, 2017, to review applications online and select Local Honoree(s) from the applicants in your school or organization, and nominate them for state-level judging. 

Maryknoll Scholarship - $1,000 - 6 Awards (Deadline: November 10, 2017) 
To be eligible for the scholarship a student must: 
A) Students in grades 6–8 (Division I) and grades 9–12 (Division II) qualify. 
Entries must be written in English, only one entry per student. Children of Maryknoll employees, associates and affiliates are not eligible.

Women in Aviation Scholarships 
Deadline: November 13, 2017 
Scholarship awards are a major benefit of membership in Women in Aviation International. In the past 20 years, WAI has disbursed more than $10 million to its members to help them reach their goals and advance into the aviation and aerospace careers they have always dreamed about. 
Applicants must be a member of Women in Aviation International by November 1, 2017, and may apply for no more than three scholarships.

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities. Selected from a nationwide pool of applicants, up to 40 students will become Jack Kent Cooke Scholars and have access to funding for up to four years for undergraduate studies. This highly competitive scholarship includes: Up to $40,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school, Ability to pursue any area of study, Personal advising about selecting a college and navigating financial aid, and Multifaceted advising about how to transition to college and maximize the college student experience. Eligibility: (1) Plan to graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2018. (2) Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university beginning in fall 2018. (3) Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above. (4) SAT combined critical reading and math score of 1200 or above and/or ACT composite score of 26 or above. The Hagan Scholarship Foundation

The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide, need based merit scholarship for rural students who will require financial assistance to attend college. These students will graduate from a public high school located in a county in the United States having fewer than 50,000 residents. To be eligible for a Kids' Chance of Oklahoma, Inc. scholarship, applicants must have a parent who has been seriously or fatally injured in a workplace accident in the state of Oklahoma.  Applicants must demonstrate financial need and meet the following requirements: (1) Must be between the ages of 17 and 25 at the time of disbursement of the scholarship award. National Space Club and Foundation Keynote Scholar Application

Since 2013, The National Space Club and Foundation has offered the opportunity for a student to give the keynote address at the National Space Club and Foundation's annual Goddard Memorial Dinner, one of the space industry's most prestigious gatherings.
